Permit fees are governed by the forest department's rules and may be non-refundable or partly refundable (confirm with us).
Resorts and forest lodges
Cancellation terms depend on the property and the season. Peak-season and festival dates are often stricter (confirm with us).
Packages and transfers
We will state cancellation charges for each package in your quote (confirm with us).
Refund process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within a reasonable period stated in the confirmation (confirm with us).
Changes caused by us or by the forest department
If a service cannot run for reasons on our side or because of an administrative closure, we will offer an alternative or a refund of the affected portion as applicable.
