Wildlife Photography in Corbett

Corbett offers wide grassland light and misty river mornings, both of which reward preparation.

Gear

  • A telephoto lens (roughly 200–500 mm) is the workhorse (confirm with us).
  • A beanbag or soft support for jeep rails.
  • Spare batteries – cold mornings drain them.
  • A rain and dust cover.

Light

Early and late shifts give warm, low light; midday is contrasty. Mist can be magical in winter.

Etiquette

No flash, no drones and no calling animals. Never ask the guide to go where the rules do not allow.
